Remembering the Chicago Woman Found in a Laundry Cart
Family and friends gathered to honor and remember Rosa Chacon, a 22-year-old Chicago woman whose body was found in a laundry cart in an alley a couple of blocks from her home. Her family claims Chicago police did little to help and hired a private investigator to work on the case. The investigator said his team is working closely with the homicide unit to determine who was involved and hold them accountable. The investigation is ongoing.
