2-Year-Old Boy Found Safe After Amber Alert Issued in Texas
An Amber Alert was issued for a 2-year-old child who was believed to have been abducted by his father in Royse City, Texas. The child was removed from the home by Child Protective Services after an investigation into allegations of physical assault on another one of his children. The father ran away with the child just prior to their arrival, but surrendered to police after an attorney contacted them. The missing child was brought to the police department by a relative and is unharmed. The father faces a charge of injury to a child.
