Tragic Crash Claims Life of Rutland City Police Officer
Officer Jessica Ebbighausen, a 19-year-old new hire at the Rutland City Police Department, was identified as the officer killed in a multi-vehicle crash during a pursuit. She had joined the department in May and was scheduled to begin her full-time training at the Vermont Police Academy in August.
