Manhunt underway in Santa Rosa for suspect accused of decapitating relative
The Santa Rosa Police Department is seeking assistance in locating Luis Gustavo Aroyo-Lopez, a homicide suspect who allegedly decapitated a woman in Santa Rosa, California. Aroyo-Lopez, who is related to the victim, is believed to have taken the woman's head with him and may still be in possession of it. He has a large tattoo on the left side of his head and was recently released from state prison. Aroyo-Lopez should be considered armed and dangerous, and there is an active homicide warrant for his arrest.
