Claude Joins SAP’s Business AI Platform to Power Agentic Enterprise Automation
SAP and Anthropic announced Claude will be embedded as the primary agentic AI in SAP's Business AI Platform, enabling Claude-powered agents to act across SAP systems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba) via MCP and Joule to automate tasks from closing the books to rerouting orders, all within SAP’s governance and safety controls to advance the Autonomous Enterprise.
