NH Senate Primaries Head to November as Sununu and Pappas Lead
NBC News projects Republican John Sununu won the New Hampshire Senate Republican primary and Democrat Chris Pappas won the Democratic primary, with former Sen. Scott Brown and Karishma Manzur trailing. Sununu leads roughly 68% to Brown’s 27%, while Pappas leads about 65% to Manzur’s 33% as votes continue to be counted, sending both nominees to the November general election after Sen. Jeanne Shaheen’s retirement opened the seat.
