KJ Biermann Seeks Juvenile Court Route After Indictment
KJ Biermann Jr., Kim Zolciak’s son, has been indicted on seven felony charges in Georgia. His lawyer filed a motion to transfer the case to juvenile court and requested confidentiality at his Oct. 14 arraignment, with not guilty pleas likely. He remains in custody at Atlanta’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center, and a Sept. 11 bond hearing is scheduled.
