Colorado congresswoman’s son facing felony sex-exploitation charges
Tyler Boebert, 21, was arrested in Garfield County on five felony counts—three counts of sexual exploitation of a child and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor—allegedly filming and sharing a video of himself having intercourse with a 17-year-old. The case centers on material posted online in 2024; he posted a $10,000 bond and is due in Garfield County District Court on Aug. 19. His mother, Rep. Lauren Boebert, has said she takes the allegations seriously.
