"Mastering Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - Tips and Locations Guide"
To unlock Ikatak Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, players must complete the "The Gisa Crater Crystal" Shrine Quest. The quest involves finding a green crystal and figuring out how to take it back to the Shrine's location. The easiest way to complete the quest is to enter the nearby hole into the Gisa Crater Cave, defeat the enemies, attach two Rockets to the crystal, and blast it off outside. Alternatively, players can climb out of the elevated tunnel near some glowing rocks to reach another opening. Once the crystal is returned to the Shrine, players can access Rauru's Blessing and acquire a Treasure Chest and a Light of Blessing.
