Ubisoft Pushes NFTs with Assassin's Creed License
Ubisoft is launching a new line of NFTs called Assassin's Creed Smart Collectibles, which will feature images of characters from the popular game series. The NFTs will be replicated as "Digital Souls" and will come with a 3D-printed cube of the character. The company is also offering 1500 "Eden Passes" that offer exclusive drops and queue-jumping privileges. Despite the controversy surrounding NFTs and blockchain technology, new projects continue to emerge, including the recent announcement of Virtua Fighter collectibles and Impact's own line of NFTs.
