Fatal Pedestrian Accidents on South Carolina Highways.
A man identified as Gabriel Carrillo Palma, 53, was killed after being struck by a vehicle while crossing Socastee Boulevard in the Socastee area. The driver of the vehicle was not injured. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the incident with assistance from the Horry County Police Department.
