Boat tragedy claims 15 lives in Nigeria
At least 15 people, mostly females, drowned after a boat carrying 36 passengers capsized in Nigeria's northwestern Sokoto State. The boat was carrying mainly children who were in search of firewood when it overturned in the Dandeji River. This is not the first time the area has seen such tragic boat accidents.
