Fatal Hit-and-Run Claims Life of Teen Boy in South River, NJ
A 63-year-old man from South River, New Jersey, has been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal hit-and-run incident involving a 14-year-old boy riding his bike. Surveillance footage captured the van swerving behind the boy before running him over and continuing to drive away. Despite attempts to revive him, the victim was pronounced dead at the hospital. The suspect is currently in custody pending a pre-trial detention hearing, and the investigation is ongoing.
