San Antonio council nixes November ballot on Spurs arena funding
The San Antonio City Council rejected a push to place a November referendum on public funding for a $489 million Spurs arena downtown, meaning voters won’t have a chance to weigh in this year and the arena plan is moving forward without a November ballot.
