Disney Acquires Comcast's Hulu Stake for $8.6 Billion
Disney is set to pay Comcast's NBCUniversal a minimum of $8.61 billion for its stake in Hulu, as negotiations continue regarding the future of the streaming video service. Disney currently controls two-thirds of Hulu, while Comcast owns one-third.
