Xiaomi's Powerful EV: From Concept to Roadworthy Reality
The first images of Xiaomi's SU7 EV, set to be produced by Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co. (BAIC), have been released by a Chinese regulatory agency. The SU7 is positioned as a mid-size luxury sedan and bears similarities to the Tesla Model S in terms of design. While power specifications and curb weights have been disclosed, details regarding range and battery capacity are still unknown. The car will be available in different trims, including a premium AWD dual-motor version with 663 hp. Xiaomi's plans for international sales remain unclear, but the company aims to launch the SU7 in early 2024.
