Hulu is joining Disney+ and Netflix in limiting password sharing by implementing restrictions on account sharing and subscriber passwords. The new terms will apply to new subscribers starting January 25 and to existing subscribers from March 14, 2024. Disney has not estimated the impact of the changes on subscriber levels, but Wall Street analysts see it as a multi-billion-dollar revenue opportunity.
