J&J maintains that its products are safe and is seeking support for a third bankruptcy plan to settle the claims.

Johnson & Johnson Agrees to $8.9 Billion Talc Settlement for Cancer Claims.

Johnson & Johnson has agreed to pay $8.9 billion over 25 years to settle all current and future claims that the company's baby powder and other cosmetic talc products allegedly caused cancer.
