Fiery Lexington car crash claims one life and injures two.
A car crashed into a tree in the median on Tates Creek Road near Garden Grove Walk and Alumni Drive in Lexington, resulting in the death of 46-year-old Jessica Elaine Patterson and non-life-threatening injuries to the other passenger. The Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating the incident.
