Veronica Roth unveils The Sixth Faction, a Divergent-alternate-timeline duology
Veronica Roth announced a new companion duology, The Sixth Faction, set in an alternate Divergent timeline where Beatrice Prior chooses a different faction. The first book arrives Oct. 6 and can be read as a standalone, though Roth hints at how old and new Divergent elements intertwine as Tris encounters an underground rebellion and a mysterious boy with a number-name who may be Tobias Four Eaton.
