Missing Rochester Man Found Deceased Near Park After Lengthy Search
The body found near Kutzky Park in Rochester, Minnesota, is believed to be that of Thomas McElroy, a 43-year-old man who went missing in December 2022. McElroy was last seen near 11th Avenue SW and was not dressed appropriately for the outdoors. The Rochester Police Department had asked the community to look for him since the snow had melted.
