Michelin issues recall for low-traction snow tires.
Michelin is recalling over 542,000 light truck tires in the U.S. due to insufficient snow traction, which can increase the risk of a crash. The recall covers certain Agilis CrossClimate C-Metric tires that do not meet U.S. safety standards. The company will replace the tires at no cost to owners, and interim notification letters will be sent out starting June 12.
