Aaron Judge's Optimism and Yankees' Outlook on His Return
New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge has stated that he will not pursue legal action against the Los Angeles Dodgers after tearing a ligament in his right big toe during a game at Dodger Stadium. This comes in contrast to former Yankee Dustin Fowler, who sued the Chicago White Sox and the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority after a similar injury in 2017. While Judge acknowledges that his injury may have lasting effects, he does not believe a lawsuit is necessary. The Dodgers have since reinforced the bullpen fence and padded the concrete slab where Judge was injured.
