Tens of thousands of BTS fans braved torrential rain at the Arirang tour kickoff at Goyang Stadium near Seoul, as the group delivered almost the entire Arirang set plus past hits with lasers and pyro on a round stage; Jimin was soaked, RM teased the crowd, and Suga joked the venue was a water park, while a three-hour livestream outside the stadium fed fan energy ahead of U.S. dates in Tampa beginning April 25, following their March free Seoul concert.
