Racist Driver Arrested After Yelling Slurs and Crashing on Oakland Highway
The California Highway Patrol arrested Tracy Robert Blackwell, a 61-year-old man who was caught on video shouting racial slurs at another driver before crashing his own vehicle on an Oakland highway. Blackwell attempted to ram his Jeep into the other car before losing control and crashing into a wall. He is being held on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, hate crime, and throwing substance at a vehicle. Blackwell is also a registered sex offender.
