Jaylon Benjamin, 29, was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on two counts of manslaughter, animal abuse, and reckless driving. The crash, which involved a pickup truck and a small SUV, resulted in the deaths of two adults, marking Portland's 55th and 56th traffic-related fatalities of the year.
