Missing teens found safe in Wisconsin and Texas.
The Trempealeau County Sheriff's Office has announced that 16-year-old Emma Servais, who was reported missing and endangered, has been found. She left her home in Independence, Wisconsin, on March 13, wearing only a white tank top, sweatpants, and neon tennis shoes, and carrying a couple of blankets. Emma has an escalating mental health history and left home without her medications. Anyone with information is asked to contact law enforcement or the Trempealeau County Dispatch.
