DELTA data shows Ukraine’s strikes cost Russia about five times what Ukraine spends
Ukraine’s Defence Ministry says data from the DELTA system’s Mission Control shows that in June, every $1 Ukraine spent targeting Russian forces yielded about $5 in estimated Russian losses. The system also records Ukrainian strike costs: roughly $3,032 per Russian servicemember targeted, $2,674 per piece of equipment, and $1,487 per infrastructure target, while Moscow spends about $65,000 per servicemember. Mission Control logs ~50,000 combat missions weekly and 230,000+ reports, helping commanders evaluate outcomes, costs, and tactics to improve future operations.
