Teenage Tragedy: Fatal Shooting at Atlanta Graduation Party
A 16-year-old girl was killed and a 16-year-old boy was injured in a shooting outside an Atlanta high school after an unauthorized graduation party. Bre’Asia Powell was gunned down at the exit driveway of Benjamin E. Mays High School. The boy, who has not been identified, was listed in stable condition with a gunshot wound. Authorities said youngsters from across the city gathered for the unauthorized party in the school’s parking lot. It was still unknown who opened fire and what led up to the shooting.
