Late-Night Hosts Join Forces in Podcast Supergroup to Aid Unemployed Staffers
Late-night hosts Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Seth Meyers, and John Oliver have formed a podcast supergroup called Strike Force Five to support their unemployed staff members during the ongoing Hollywood strikes. The limited series podcast, set to launch on Spotify on August 30, will feature the hosts discussing the strikes and their impact. Proceeds from the podcast will directly benefit the staff members of their respective shows, who have been out of work since the Writers Guild of America strike began in May. The podcast will run for a minimum of 12 episodes, with each host taking turns leading the conversations.
