Arrest made in forceful abduction of mother and child.
The United States Marshal’s Task Force has located and arrested Daniel Ponder, 24, who abducted a 4-year-old child and his mother in Rochester, New York. Ponder is charged with kidnapping, burglary, assault, criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment, and endangering the welfare of a child. The search for additional suspects is ongoing.
