Two arrested after North Charleston hit-and-run kills 2-year-old girl
In North Charleston, 2-year-old Haisha Dominguez Marin died after a hit-and-run. Driver Anayely Lovato Guerrero, 27, was arrested on charges of reckless homicide and leaving the scene of an accident involving death, while the toddler’s guardian, Glaimar Alejandra Ramirez Dominguez, 21, was arrested on unlawful conduct toward a child. Investigation ongoing.
