Shooting and Crime Surge in South-Central El Paso
One person was seriously injured and another detained for investigative purposes after a possible shooting on US-54 and the I-10 interchange in El Paso. All lanes on US-54 west and Paisano near the Bridge of the Americas have reopened, but US-54 South to Loop-375 remains closed. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
