Vindman pledges to redirect campaign funds to Florida Democrats after Senate loss
Retired Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, who lost Florida's Democratic primary for the U.S. Senate to Angie Nixon, will redirect the millions he raised toward Democratic causes, starting with a $400,000 donation to the Florida Democratic Party to back Nixon and other races; federal law lets him preserve the funds for future elections, pay debts, or transfer to parties, and he plans additional donations in coming days.
