Postal Workers Targeted in Armed Robberies Across Central Florida and Massachusetts
Two mail carriers were robbed at gunpoint in Central Florida, believed to be connected, with the robberies taking place hours apart in Melbourne and Orange County. The suspect's vehicle in both cases is a gray Nissan Altima. The US Postal Service announced it would replace tens of thousands of old keys used by postal carriers and install thousands of high-security collection boxes to stop a surge in robberies and mail thefts.
