Viridis Mining aims to end China’s dominance over rare earths by supplying the EU in about two years, using a Brazil demonstration plant and a Solvay partnership to process and supply magnets for automakers and wind turbines, targeting roughly 5% of global rare-earth demand by 2028 as Europe diversifies its supply.
