"Most Wanted Person of the Week" Suspect Kills Kentucky Deputy During Traffic Stop
Steven Sheangshang, a wanted criminal and the "Bluegrass Crime Stoppers Most Wanted Person of the Week," has been arrested for the shooting of Kentucky Sheriff's Deputy Caleb Conley during a traffic stop. Sheangshang also allegedly forced his way into a home, shot another person at a bar, and was found with a gun in a trash can. He faces multiple charges, including murder, possession of a gun by a felon, burglary, and theft. Conley leaves behind a wife and children.
