"PsFree Unveils Webkit Exploit for PS4 and PS5, Introducing QuickHEN Toolkit"
Developer CelesteBlue has announced PsFree, a new Webkit exploit for PS4 6.00 to 9.60 and PS5 1.00 to 5.50. The exploit, based on CVE-2022-22620, allows limited access to run unsigned code on the consoles and can potentially be used as an entry point for privilege escalation. CelesteBlue has also announced the upcoming QuickHEN toolkit, which will include all necessary webkit exploits for PS4 3.15 to 9.60, as well as kernel exploits for supported firmwares. The PsFree exploit is currently undergoing testing and has been made available for download, but users should be aware of potential issues and wait for bug fixes.
