Mexican Bride Arrested for Extortion Handcuffed in Wedding Dress
A Mexican bride and her groom were arrested on their wedding day for their involvement in a massive extortion scheme linked to drug cartels. The couple and six other men were accused of pressuring chicken merchants and kidnapping four employees. The suspects are believed to be connected to the La Familia Michoacana cartel and are thought to be fighting off rival gangs to control the area.
