Man Arrested for Holding Victim Against Her Will in Whitewater
The Whitewater Police Department in Wisconsin has arrested 18-year-old Yeferson Guzman Rodriguez, who allegedly held a woman against her will for several days. The victim reported being strangled and battered, with the suspect at one point holding a gun to her head.
