Spate of Car Thefts Plagues Rochester Area
A 31-year-old man in Rochester, Minnesota, had his wallet stolen after leaving his apartment window open. The man left his apartment for less than two hours and returned to find the window screen damaged and his wallet missing from his desk. Police are urging residents to close their windows when not at home to prevent burglaries.
