Kansas sex offender kills wife and four children, then takes his own life
A 53-year-old Kansas man, Ronald Williams, a registered sex offender, killed his wife and four children at a Winfield home before calling 911 to report the killings and then shooting himself as police arrived. Investigators say he killed the five family members prior to the self-inflicted wound, and Williams had a history of prior convictions, including a 1998 charge for attempted indecent liberties with a minor.
