CD Projekt Red says The Witcher IV is targeting a 2028 release window with no exact date yet. The game won’t be shown at Opening Night Live or playable on the show floor, but will be teased at Gamescom and showcased at CDPR’s booth. First revealed in 2024, The Witcher IV stars Ciri and is expected to tie into the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt DLC Songs of the Past (2027). Fans should expect further updates around Gamescom as development continues.
