WoW's 2024 Roadmap Reveals Worldsoul Saga, Dragonflight, and Warbands
Blizzard has unveiled the roadmap for World of Warcraft leading up to the start of the Worldsoul Saga, a three-part series of expansions set to begin in 2024. The roadmap includes six content updates through fall 2024, with Season 4 featuring the return of the Dragonflight expansion's raid and a new holiday event. The first expansion of the Worldsoul Saga, titled The War Within, will have its pre-patch released in the summer. Blizzard also revealed the roadmap for WoW Classic. The Worldsoul Saga represents a significant move for World of Warcraft, as it aims to compete with other MMOs like Final Fantasy XIV, which is also releasing an expansion in 2024.
