Community Unites in Balloon Release for Young Victim of West End Mass Shooting
Family and friends gathered in the West End to hold a balloon release in memory of an 11-year-old boy who was killed in a shooting near Laurel Playground. The boy, a sixth-grader at Cincinnati College Preparatory Academy, was described as a good student and a beloved friend.
