Mar-a-Lago Security Worker Faces Charges in Trump Documents Case
Yuscil Taveras, the Mar-a-Lago employee responsible for the club's surveillance camera system, received a target letter from federal authorities indicating his potential involvement in the criminal investigation into former President Donald Trump's alleged mishandling of classified documents. Taveras provided testimony that led to a revised indictment against Trump and the addition of a third defendant, Carlos De Oliveira. The indictment alleges that De Oliveira asked Taveras to delete security footage from the club's servers, but it does not appear that any footage was deleted. Taveras has not been charged in connection with the case.
