"Texas AG Probes Boeing Supplier's DEI Practices"
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has launched an investigation into Spirit AeroSystems, a Boeing parts supplier, regarding potential safety issues and the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) commitments. Paxton has requested documents from the company, including information about manufacturing defects and DEI policies, raising concerns about the implications of linking safety issues to DEI initiatives. Spirit AeroSystems has until April 17 to respond to the requests, while Boeing has declined to comment on the matter.
