Kanye West's Gutted Malibu Home Listed for $53M

Kanye West is selling his gutted Malibu home for $53 million after failed attempts to remodel it into a "bomb shelter" without windows or electricity. The property, currently at the center of a lawsuit, was being renovated by Kanye with the help of architect Tadao Ando. The former manager of the project, Tony Saxon, claims he was fired after expressing concerns about the extreme danger of the proposed design. Saxon is suing Kanye for labor code violations and unpaid wages. The rapper's vision for the home included removing windows, plumbing, and electricity, and replacing stairs with slides. Kanye's net worth has suffered due to anti-Semitic outbursts, leading to the loss of business partnerships and brands.
