"Heroic Intervention: Good Samaritan Stops Rockford Stabbing Spree"

Keith Fahrney, a Good Samaritan, intervened to help a woman being attacked by Christian Soto during a stabbing spree in Rockford, Illinois. Soto is accused of killing four people and injuring seven others. Fahrney, who was injured in the process, downplays his actions, attributing them to "human nature." Authorities praised Fahrney's bravery, and Soto, who admitted to the attacks, claimed to have taken marijuana laced with an unknown narcotic before the rampage.
