Ali Zacharias recalls clinging to the hood of a car as thieves stole her French bulldog, Onyx, in downtown Los Angeles. The terrifying incident was caught on video and has since gone viral on Instagram. Since the theft, Zacharias has been victimized by a scammer. French bulldogs have been a target of theft in the L.A. area, with incidents including the theft of Lady Gaga's dogs and a recent pet shop heist.
